"We had insurance through another company for years. Tyrone Byrd State Farm not only lowered our rates but took the time to go over our policy and show us how we did NOT have enough insurance medically if we were in a car accident and simply did not have enough coverage period for all our vehicles. I like the one on one you get with State Farm that you don’t get with other insurance companies. The Staff in this office is very professional and pleasant to talk to.

"For about 31 years I have used State Farm for all my insurance needs. Tyrone Byrd and staff have went beyond the normal customer service and made me feel like family and that my needs matter. Recently, I was unable to get to the office to sign documents due to my busy work schedule.
